Sometimes you want people to read your document, but you don't want them to change a single word or print a physical copy. The Change Permissions tool gives you granular control over the Access Control List (ACL) of your PDF.
You can toggle specific rights on or off, such as: High-Res Printing, Text/Image Copying, Document Assembly (rotating/inserting pages), and Comment Addition. To enforce these rules, the tool applies an "Owner Password" so that only authorized users can change these settings back.
